Dr. Bettina Lehnert has been in private practice since 1991 and has been practicing in Scottsdale since 1997. She is licensed in Arizona and California. Dr. Lehnert enjoys working with people facing a wide range of challenges. She frequently works with couples, individuals and families on their relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns, trauma and upsetting events, and helps people get past stuck points in their lives. She focuses her practice on identifying and overcoming challenges which are preventing people from living a more happy, fulfilled life. Dr. Lehnert is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and often utilizes this therapeutic tool for the treatment of upsetting events that are currently getting in the way of her patients functioning as they would like to.
